The Camosun Chargers basketball and volleyball teams are charging up to start the 2021/22 Pacific Western Athletic Association (PACWEST) season with an exciting group of newcomers and core veterans.
Fans can catch their first glimpse of the Chargers basketball and volleyball teams at home on Nov. 5, 2021 and Nov. 19, 2021, respectively. All teams play at the Pacific Institute of Sport Excellence (PISE) at the Camosun Interurban campus.

While the gym is not new to the teams who were able to practice and train this past season, it will be the first-time fans have a chance to experience the Chargers in their renovated home. New features include: roll-out bleachers that seat approximately 400 fans, retractable basketball hoops that fold up to the ceiling, and an updated centre court Chargers logo.

The Camosun Chargers Athletics Program currently fields teams in basketball and volleyball. Since joining the Canadian Collegiate Athletics Association (CCAA) and PACWEST conferences in 1994, the Chargers have competed in over 100 national and provincial championships with over 50 medal winning finishes.
