Wednesday, Feb. 5, 6:30 a.m. Camosuns campuses are OPEN today. Classes and services are scheduled to run as planned.

Grounds crew have been working at Lansdowne and Interurban to spread salt and sand on parking lots, roadways and main walkways as conditions are icy. Please allow extra time when commuting, dress warmly and stay on cleared paths.

John earned his PhD in 1997 from Loughborough University in England. Following his graduation, he dedicated the subsequent decade to conducting scientific research across various industries pertinent to his academic background, both in Victoria and Europe.

Notable achievements in his professional journey encompass the research and development of electrochemical sensors for biomedical and environmental uses, the advancement of cochlear implants and other neurostimulation devices, as well as overseeing the research facilities of a healthcare firm that provides hospital sterilization monitoring equipment.
