Award description

This award is available to all WSÁNEC community members enrolled full-time at ϳԹ and is living on one of the WSÁNEC Bands (Tsartlip, Tsawout, Tseycum or Pauquachin).

Criteria

You must:

  • be currently registered as a student at ϳԹ
  • have Indigenous (First Nations, Métis, Inuit, or Native American) ancestry
  • have aGPAof 2.5 or equivalent
  • submit a self-written letter outlining your commitment to education and your plans to work with theW̱SÁNEĆcommunity following graduation
  • a letter of reference from aW̱SÁNEĆcommunity member that talks about your dedication to the community
  • complete the application form

Financial need will be considered.

Application process

You canapply for more than one awardusing thefor each application deadline date.

Please note: If the deadline occurs on a weekend, applications will be accepted until 4pm on the Monday.
