Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Initiatives Fund

We are offering funding opportunities to support EDI education, learning, and training for Winter 2025.

Camosun Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Initiatives Fund

Camosun is committed to upholding equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) as core values and supporting our communitys efforts to bring more awareness around EDI as we continue to work together to identify and remove barriers.

To fulfill the commitments in the Strategic Plan and empower our community members to amplify our diversity and promote inclusion, we are offering this funding opportunity to support EDI education, learning, and training for Winter 2025.

If you have an idea for an education, training, or learning initiative that relates to EDI or an event designed specifically to raise awareness on topics focusing on diversity, including but not limited to gender, race and ethnicity, antiracism, Indigenization, decolonization, accessibility, and 2SLGBTQI+, please consider applying for funding to support your initiative.

  • Student projects that are EDI-focused and that have the potential to benefit the college community such as projects that rely on surveys, focus groups, and interviews with the college community to elicit and highlight EDI-related data .
